say you're winning 1-0 in a very tight game, opposition is being a ***** to break down and the ball falls to the feet of your goalie. Is there any way you can trap the ball and dribble it around to waste time, then pick the ball up when a striker veers your way?

you can drop the ball while your keeper has it and waste a bit of time that way but you can't pick it up.
