Well, I have been around the forums for years and PES was my favourite game up until Fifa 08 kicked in and i switched gears. To cut the story short, I turned my back on PES for two years now, but people around the forums were better than me and actually helped make the next game better, or so I see in the gameplay vids that are all around the web.

Just saying good job and keep it up, Even if I don't log in the forums I am still watching over from time to time. This is definetly the most influential site to the progress of the next game.

it needs to be, i think alot of people have switched to fifa in the last 2 years, which is bad considering alot of people were switching to PES during PES4 and 5. this is the first year i have had both games and ive prolly played them an equal ammount with fifa maybe just tipping it.

I got PES4 because I prefered the gameplay - It suited my style.
Since then I have been a massive PES fan, but when I got PES2008 I did'nt like it much, so I decided to get FIFA08 too (Or I should say go back to FIFA).
I enjoyed FIFA08 more, so I had to get FIFA09, but I couldn't turn my back on PES so I got PES2009 too.
As a PES Fan since PES4, even I have to admit that FIFA09 is the better game and I play FIFA09 much more, so that is when people started to switch sides and go to FIFA. But has a Die hard fan I couldn't leave PES even though I played FIFA too.

So yh your right, alot of PES fans did switch to FIFA around FIFA08 and FIFA09 time.
And yh your right again, alot of FIFA fans did switch to PES around PES5 and PES6 time.

Hopefully for the 2010 PES and FIFA i'll be playing them both equally or maybe even PES more... Just sort out that online play and 'Bring back the King' and surely the crown will be given to PES in 2010.;)
