Graphics and PES 2009

Hi there...
I am new to this forum and I have one question. My computer is old 4 years and I plan in investing in new graphics card and RAM memory. Currently I have: Intel Pentium 4 at 3000 mhz, 512 MB RAM, ATI Radeon 9550 / X1050 series with 128 MB RAM. I play PES 2008 in minimal details in resolution 1024x768. Now I wonder if I buy new graphic card and more RAM will I be able to play PES 2009? I intend to buy a:
Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 AGP, 512MB DDR3, TVout, DVI
And 1 GB RAM so overall I'll have 1,5 GB RAM
I just wonder on how much detail I could play PES 2009?

Ati Radeon x1600, 256mb
intel core 2 duo 1.33Ghz

I play PES08 in normal quality with the help of ATI omega driver, theres still lag.
If you want to run high quality then you need to go beyond that, lets say 512mb video card and 3gb??? Bcoz I think PES09 will be need more specs than PES08.

Why dont you buy a console? I think its cheaper in the long run with all the games out there, no need to worry about upgrading. Just an opinion though.

ye i have 2 gig of ram with a intel pentium 4 3ghz and a GeForce 8600gt with 512ram and i use to get slight lag on the highest quality so i recommened on getting a better CPU.

Yeah I agree, a console is much better. Pc need upgrade now and then it's a waste of money
