Gudjohnsen - will I loose him?

I have downloaded the latest update from konami but I have not yet installed it.

My query is; I currently have a master league up and running with barca and I was wondering if I install the data will gudjohnsen dissapear from my team as he's missing from the latest update or won't the update effect current game data?

52 views and no one gave you an answer I believe he will be lost but just write down his stats and create him yourself its not as if his likeness is correct in the first place...

Not only Gudjohnsen was lost, and Davenport (Westham to Sunderland) also disappear after update...Why Konami......:realmad:

I installed the update and although he's missin for any new games that i want to play with Barca - he is still in my master league squad!

There´s a trick to keep missing players like Gudjohnsen, Davenport or Hildebrand in the game under 1.3! My Of has 43 additional teams and I managed just to loose 5 players of all my complete rosters updating to 1.3

To transfer a 1.2 option file to 1.3 and keep 99,9% of all your edited content. Follow this steps:

Copy all data and your prefered edit-data to yor PS3!

Erase the Konami 1.2 Game data from your PS3

Start the Game and Download Konami Update 1.3

Ignore the wrong version message

Rosterupdate via Ingamedownload

Do not overwrite old OF, press No and confirm!

Do the Installation in system settings ingame (next to download)

Go to the editor load the OF(edit-data) and save it again!

That´s the trick! Big THX to Sark!

there are some minor flaws with the national teams of USA / Canada and Iran and you´ll loose 8 unlockable players (5 BuLi Players and 3 Classic Team Members), but you keep all your edited stuff all your rosters, all formations, all numbers, as I said 99,9%. But you won´t get any new players, I´ve done 85% of them already, so what the fxxk!

So everyone with an good 1.2 OF with a lot of self-done teams better use this way to make the file compatible with 1.3. The normal way of updating to 1.3 will be a mess for all new teams!
