(HELP) effective diving

Need advice to apply a dive. I hv tryin' many diving n only success 2 time until now. Any suggestion plz?

Diving is pretty hard to pull off in this game, unless you know the tricks.

I hardly use it but 1 thing I do know is that you must be as far as you can from the referee. And when your player looks to collide into another player they make that sound ("ompf"). Once you hear that, press the dive buttons ASAP.

Having sound is not COMPLETELY necessary but it helps.

Even if your player slows down a little from the nudge of another player, press it. Its all about trial and error trying to find the correct point after testing again and again.

I find it to be most effective when turning a defender in the box. If you can keep the ball away and the ref is a good way off, it'll work maybe one out five times. I can't get it it work at all outside the box. I have better luck drawing actual fouls.

Yeah, what The Eristic said, the best way to get a penalty is to do a shot dummy when at an angle from the defender, as they very often up-end you, and if they don't you'll probably just get away from them anyway.
