I was playing my master league normally with a created team. I started at 2º division in 2009, so in 2010 I went to the 1 division. When the fixture 19 finishes, and I go to 1º match of the 1º Division Cup, when the fixture 19 ends, the game shows the screen that appears the grade of the players, when I press OK and the game loads the first match of division cup, is supposed to apear the video of the cup, but instead of that, just appears a black screen and nothing happens anymore. What should I do? Anyone can help me please? I

It's the first match of the cup, but when is loading, it's supposed to show the video of the Cup, like appears before the first match of any competion. But when is about the cup, instead of the video, just be the black screen. I've already left the game turned on to see if it is a loading problem, but hours late, stays the same thing. My PES 2010 is the one with 4 languages.

Don't know how to help you - I take it you're playing a copied/downloaded version? I'm not sure that will endear you to the community here. Most people are playing the game legally.

I live in China, so I have little choice but to buy a copied game. Mine was in Chinese when I bought it, but I simply copied the language files from the PES2010 Demo and downloaded an English Option File and it works great.
