Help inserting kits in gfx studio

I am using gfx studio to insert kits my problem is that when I drag and drop the kit I get a message saying- ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRESS 32665A01 IN MODULE CC326OMT.DLL READ OF ADDRESS F86EBAEC.
Can anybody please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Make sure your kits are the right size and colour depths but try getting a different version of Graphic Studio from the internet if the problem continues.

Hmm..... I normally get this message when I am doing something else with the file, and it's either opened up in another program.

This has happened to me before. It is because you are missing a DLL.file either because your PC has removed it or because you have managed to remove it manually. All you need to do is download Graphic Studio again and it will work.
