Hello everyone, I'm new and I got a question.
Okay so a while ago I've created my favorite team in israel
instead of the "Team A" in "other leagues B".
I've made the team as realistic as possible,
even using real pictures of players as faces.
And then yesterday I ran across an Israeli League patch,
so i downloaded in installed it.
The patch extracted a kitserver folder into the main game folder.
So while the uniforms for all the teams were completely authentic
in a way that I couldn't compete with in game editing,
the actual players were poorly made, so i installed back my old OF.
MY QUESTION IS - How can I put the kitserver unifroms from the patch, onto my own made team in my OF?
I've tried using the files in the GDB>UNI folders that contain the .png
pictures and the data of the uniforms, i've put them in my kitserver
folder and changed the folders of the team and leauge to match
my team (kitserver\GDB\Uni\Other leagues B\Beitar Jerusalem FC)
AND I've edited the "Maps.txt" file and typed:
198, "Other leagues A\Beitar Jerusalem FC"
because iv'e figured 198 is the number Team A should be located in.
according to the kitserver manual you need to match the team number
to the list in "Uni.txt", however I could find just about every team
there with their ID number exept for the "Other Leauge B" teams,
so I Just Guessed it should be 198 but the whole numbering of it is weird.
okay I hope someone understood my, this is quite complicated
and I don't know much about what i'm doing, so thanks anyway
and I hope you could help me...
oh - i forgot to add
i don't fully understand how does the kitserver thing works,
I tried installing it and it's supposed to install itself onto the exe
and the setting files, but i get and error for the exe file,
saying it is a wrong file ... I've got no idea why...
