hi all,

im a seasoned pro player but i have never downloaded one of these updated option files. i have pes 2009 on ps3 and have read many reviews on all the new files out and am really lost.

1. how to i go about getting these downloads and getting them onto my ps3?

2. will it make pes 2009 any slower when playing the game?

if anyone could help i would much appreciate it, as i am so lost but would love to have the game updated and all the right kits for a change.
