Help Needed! Patchin a patched CDR ??

I juz bought WE8 that I tink is a patched version ( only national players names r in english ). I tried to use DVDdecriptor to burn the ISO image but it says that my disc is not a DVD. I assumed that its a patched CDR ( My PS2 is already modified ). Is there any possible way that i could patch this patched CDR? (ThX for any help guys cause i'm still new to Patching THE GAME )
