Help please, need directing to something

Ok, just so you all know i'm new to the ripping/patching world and PESInsight forum, i stumbled on the forum whilst looking for an instruction booklet translation for WE9.

few things out of the way-

1. I'm not very computer literate though i hold my own
2. I've never patched a PS2 game before
3. I own a japanese un-moded PS2 (what do you recommend i do?)
4. I own the original WE9 PS2 game (the one with the booklet that don't fit in the case ¬.¬)
5. I have a DVD burner and would prefure to use the DVD .iso to have English Commentary

I've read the guide in the editing section but thats for the CD .iso i think :/

Can anyone answer my question about what PS2 mod to use and direct me to the DVD .iso section

Hi. The basic guide to patching is a sticky thread near the top of this main page. Just look up a bit and click on it.

You won't be able to play a patched game unless you mod your PS2. If you can, I'd recommend getting it chipped as that is the easiest method to play all games. Otherwise you'll have to go for the Slide Card or Flip-top-lid with the Magic boot disks.
