Hey guys, I've been trying to work an option file for a while now but keep running into a brick wall. I only bought an Xbox360 before Christmas and have been trying to follow the advice of various forums but problems keep preventing any progress.

I'm using a memory card through a Datel kit on Xplorer360. I had a 256mb card, which showed the partition 0 & 1, not 2 which I'm told I need. So I grabbed a 64mb card, but now I get the "could not find a FATX drive to open" message.

I also have Xport, and it recognises a card is there, but it won't open it at all.

I've followed suggestions to install drivers, but still no joy on either front.

Can anyone help? The PS2 was so much easier!! ;)
All the best,
Neal

I used an XPort and it works fine.

Get the files from http://www.pesgaming.com/showthread.php?t=65044&highlight=register

These are the D&B Elite Option Files for the XBox 360.

Open XPort 360 software.

Put your hard drive into the XPort tray.

Choose device 2.
Partition 3
Content
E00000............... Your first E0 folder
........... (PES 2009) Your PES 2009 folder
00000001 = The folder that you copy into

Copy the first 50 files from D&B into this.

Close down the software.

Put the hard drive back into the XBox.

Start PES 2009.

Edit ANYTHING ( I changed Arsenal name) and save.

Open XPort 360 software.

Put your hard drive into the XPort tray again.

Choose device 2.
Partition 3
Content
E00000............... Your first E0 folder
........... (PES 2009) Your PES 2009 folder
00000001 = The folder that you copy into

Copy the remaining files from D&B into this.

Close down the software.

Put the hard drive back into the XBox.

Start PES 2009.

All should be sorted.
Enjoy

Thanks mate, I may have to do that.

Would like to avoid any extra costs though and get to the bottom of the problem with the Datel kit. Surely it should work with either Xport or Xplorer and a 64mb card.

And this message in Xplorer - "Could not find an FATX drive to open" - Anyone know a way to fix this?

hi mate, did you get the Datel transfer / memory card to work for the xb360?
Mine is a normal 360, unmodded!
I am ready to purchase both items for full german/english and hopefully SPL!
Let me know if you get it going :)
