Help required Re PES 6/PS3/PES Next Gen

Hey everyone.

I am in Canada at the moment and the PS3 has just come out. I have sold my ps2 and pes5. I am about to Return to Englnad and want to know the answer to one or two things please:-

1. Would a Canadian PS3 work in the UK with a power adaptor?

2. Would a Canadian PS3 be compatible with UK PS2 PES6 & UK PS3 Games?

3. If the above were to work on PS3 how would I download option File for PS3 (does the PS3 except memory cards?)


Or shall I just get another PS2 and then leave it redundant once I get PES next Gen/PS3? (a bit of a waste of money)

1. Yes, it should as long as you get a travel plug etc

2. Yes it would as the Playstation 3 is a completely region free console

3. The PS3 has a 60gb hard drive, so you shud be able to download them straight onto it

one question, I know the ps3 has a hard drive. How would I go about downloading an option file on ps3??

I currently use a max drive for ps2 option files and download them from here etc. What sort of file would I need to download, and how would I do that?

is the PS3 actually out in Canada or is this guy taking the piss?? I thought it was being released in March 07?
