Help with getting patched Pro Evo

I know this is probably quite a big ask, but is there any chance someone could make me a patched copy of PES4 for the PS2?

I cannot make one myself as Norton is stopping me from downloading the patch, so if someone could post me a patched version I would really appreciate it, and would of course pay for postage and a bit extra for time spent creating it. The other option would be for someone to host the patch at a better location that doesn't require me to use a bitclient or FTP client, maybe something like megaupload.com which allows for large files. I could then patch it myself.

If somebody could do one of the two I would be very thankful and willing to pay for it.

It is illegal to buy or sell patched versions on this forum. If you want to do anything like that then do it elsewhere.

Have you tried disabling norton to download the file? I can try to upload the patch to lomungtung if that is any use.

Thanks for the suggestion, it worked. If you temporarily turn off Norton while connecting to the ftp it works. You can then turn Norton back on after connecting.

Downloading patch now!
