help with importing boots???

can somebody please explain me how to import boots when there's only a .png extension file...for example, i downloaded Nike Mercurial Vapor IV FG boots by Paul81118 (http://pes2008editing.blogspot.com/2008/01/nike-mercurial-vapor-iv-fg-orange-boot.html)
it worked fine in pes 6 with kit server but for pes 2008 i just don't know what to use...
