Help with Master League stuff

Alrite all,

After years of sceptiscm, i finally got round to starting my first ever Master League team, and now am pretty hooked.

However, the negotiations and such are wrecking my head, as i need to bring in new players to progress. how do you go about getting a new player? which is the best method? why is the training mode available? where do you get youth players from? which is the best offer to give? when do you accept transfers? etc etc

ok, for a better explianation then am about to give go to the ms league and somewhere in there info on transfers (i think its in the team, then nogationation)

ok 1st, bringin players in, u have to wait till a time of nogataions(if u go to nogationtaion menu theres a calader in there and say when u can tranfer players)
2nd: ? i just get the point and place a bid
3rd: i use trainning to look at player in detail, stats are ok but i like to see how they blend togetter, althought i have heard that traninng can help a new player gain teamwork
4th: in the tranfers keep pressing r1 till u get to a page where there are 3 boxs, one of them are call youth open it and all the jrs are in there
5th: ? depends of the player
6th: ull be told if someones bidded for a player look at the bid in the nagotiation table, or leave it as the trafer is outomaticly set to no
