help with transfering goals

guys can u please tell me how u take clips from the game and make them viewable from my pc hard drive

i wanna take my saved clips out from the game so i can watch them on like windows media player or something

please help

i use fraps to take video of my goals mate. www.fraps.com for download. and because it creates a massive file i make them smaller using windows movie maker. might be an easier way but it works great for me. plus you get to edit your footage and add stuff like music and sound effects.
