i cant seem to buy good players on MASTERLEAGUE
I have winning eleven 2007 ps2 version
any tips on how i can buy big players
all that comes up is breakdown?
how do i make them want 2 sign for me?

You could always try starting a new Master League and choose a low Master League difficulty setting. If by any chance you have already done this and it's still difficult to sign big players, I recommend saving before you negotiate...if it breaks down just reload and try again and again until it's successful. Could call it cheating, but it helps you get your man.
