Well my story is I'm in the Air Force and was stationed in Mildenhall England for 2 years. People around there were nuts for Ipswich Town so I went and saw a match at Preston Road when Liverpool came to town. And that was pretty much the moment I fell in love with football. Made 7 very very long trips to Anfield when I was over there and even caught two Derbys. As you can tell I love Liverpool.

Started PES last year. Love it much better than FIFA. Found this board through another gaming site and here I am. Anything else feel free to ask me.

:D Very nice. Unluckily for you we have a chance to win this trophy again whereas it looks like you never will. ;)

Please, Barca is falling apart at the seams. I loathed our chances until this past weekends breakdown vs Valencia. Now if Rafa can just keep our boys away from karaoke night......

I'm the resident American Jack. Welcome aboard, you seem to know your stuff (or at least you should after all the matches you've been too) which is something that can't be said for some of the other yanks who have popped their heads in recently.

Yeah. Me and the wife are taking the annual vacation out there and heading to Anfield for a match vs Middlesbrough in Aoril. (Wish I coulda scored tix to the Arsenal match in March, woulda changed my whole vacation for that)

But yes I agree most yanks are fair weather fans. Only get excited every 4 years for the World Cup. I lived it for 2 years of my life and would move across the pond if I could.

And also very excited that ESPN is carrying the match tomorrow. Getting sick of FOX Soccer already. Haven't had a Reds match on since around Christmas and I'm getting sick of seeing Charlton and Man City on every week.

Alright NY RedBulls, you're alright in my books since your repping Fox Football Fone-In.

Where do I find a lady who loves soccer and wants to travel to watch a match!? sounds like a dream come true.

ESPN has great coverage when they show Champions League but their coverage of teh Men's National Team has been pretty poor and don't get me started on their MLS coverage.

But you're right about how FSC never shows Liverpool, I have to go to a bar in the city (Boston) to watch now, was their drinking a pint of Guiness at 7:35 am the other Saturday...made me really think about what Im doing with my life but when the match came on I knew I'd made the right choice.

Oh and I don't think people say this enough so I appreciate what you are doing/have done for our country...

lot of anti-american sentiments around here so tread-lightly...or dive right in and stir it up it can be good fun.

YES HAAHHA. Another LFC supp. from TX. That's awesome.

And... I really don't think the mainstream ESPN networks are going to show the game tomorrow. I think only ESPN Deportes is going to show it. And that's absolute crap as I think that anyone with sense would rather watch a struggle between two titans rather than see more-whine-yo try and beat his former team... sheesh.

Welcome though.

Actually to be truthful I'm as left as they come but I keep my politics to those respective message boards. I joined before Iraq started and it's single handedly caused me to not reenlist. But enough of that.

Here they're showing I guess a replay of the LFC/Barca match at 4CST on ESPN Classic. I'm guessing that's for everywhere else in the country also.

And don't worry Preki I'm right with ya. Every Saturday and Sunday morning at 8am I'm at the local English Pub watching the fixtures on FSC and SKY. I only consider it alcoholism if you're drunk at work.

And murc please don't confuse me with you Texans. I have nothing but love for fellow Reds supporters, but I can't leave TX fast enough. I'm big city Northeastern boy, down here is just not my style lol.

Welcome JackTreehorn. I gotta say you've fulfilled my dream about 7 times. I hope to see a Premiership match live one of these days. How much did a ticket to the game cost?

And I;m pretty sure ESPN Classic is gonna show the Barca v. Liverpool game tomorrow at 2pm pacific time.

Well I forget how much back when I was over there but for the April match it was about $70 a ticket for the Anfield Rd Stand (wish I couldve gotten the Kop!!!)

And yes the TV Guide is saying the match will be on at 5pm EST. I have it taping seeing as I'll just be leaving work when it starts.
