Been A Very Long Time SInce Ive Been on this. . .

ive just bot the pc version of pro evo 5 because i saw this site

and when i boot it up it runs very very very slow

Detailed system spec required though the problem likely lies in your Vertical Sync settings (Control Panel -> Display -> Settings -> Advanced -> graphics card tab -> Vertical sync setting in some random menu.
