Hello lads, as HMTR and I promised before, here is a new version of this file, with seven new classical italian teams:

1.Genoa 23/24: won the last (ninth) scudetto for Genoa
2.Lazio 36/37: finally we get Silvio Piola, topscorer ever of Serie A in the OF
3. Bologna 36/37: a squad who won four scudetti in the 30's
4. Roma 41/42: first scudetto won by Roma
5. Padova 57/58: first team to use catenaccio sucessfully
6. Fiorentina 55/56: first scudetto won by Fiorentina
7. Fiorentina 60/61: first italian team ever to won a european title, also won the Coppa Italia in the same year

Also many improvements all over the OF, with some new emblems and logos, lot's of kits and stats updated.
This is probably our last update - there is not much more left to be updated!
Maybe we will add a new and final team to the OF, Lazio 57/58 (won first trophy ever for the club), but this is not assured, because it isn't a prioritary update as we all have our lifes to carry on.
Thanks to the original makers of this OPT (il Fratelli di Italia), to Lennon (the maker of the Legends OPT) and to R.Laguna (the Nostalgia OPT maker).

I'm considering reinstalling PES6 just so I can play this. If I do, I'll let you know :)

This looks excellent but:

-Milan's 1994-95 team has Antonio Benarrivo at left-back

-Milan's 2002-03 team has Leonardo in the starting line-up (he made only a few appearances that season) and positions him as a defensive midfielder.

Small gripes in an excellent OF.

Please just keep those indications coming. We, apart a italian guy in another forum, never had any kind of real feedback. So, we may not publish another version of the OF with new teams, but it's fairly easy to publish it with some minor changes to linups, player stats, tactics, etc. So any mistakes you find, please report them to us on this thread.

Thanks ;)

Anyone who loves Italian football will be in heaven playing this. Aside from Milan 1994-95 beating me as Milan 1992-93 despite Van Basten nearly scoring from 45 yards and Gullit just putting a shot over the bar from outside the area, all was excellent.

One thing I did notice is that Maldini was captain of my 92-93 team. That's something that would need to change, possibly with the 94-95 team as well though I don't recall who had the armband in that game.

Its just so wonderful to be playing with these Serie A legends and to have many of them up against you at the same time.

Thank you very very much for your replies Don Sweey. Just to let you know that my friend HMTR is making a revamp of all 90's teams included in the OF: that means updating line-ups, tactics, free-kick tackers, etc to mimick their real life contraparts.
And forget what I said of us not adding any more teams to the OF: HMTR just done more 4 new teams from the 10's and the 20's, thus making it like 99.5 historically complete. Actually, in terms of historical relevant squads, we are just missing the team that won Italy's first calcio championship. All the teams that are part of the golden book of SERIE A are here, as some less good teams also are.
So, great kudos to HMTR. He is a great guy and works like hell in this OF ;)
It's just a pity that almost no one gives us any feedback about the
OF, in order to help us correcting any mistakes the OF has.

Wow, well let me know once the update is complete and I'll download the new file too. I think the lack of feedback is because the OF is for PES 6 which is now rather old - I had a hard time getting my hands on a copy having given mine away a couple of years ago.

It really is fantastic fun to play, especially as I've loved Italian football for such a long time anyway. I'll try to find some time to play random matches with a few of the more recent teams (not just Milan) so I can get a feel for captains/free-kick takers/formations etc. and make sure they are what I remember.

Tell HMTR to log in more often - I'd be interested in conversing with him. This OF is definitely something I will keep for years, it really is that special.

Let me know if you would like it hosted on RapidShare or Hotfile as I have premium accounts with both.

hello don sweey

I'm doing some changes to the teams of the 90s. I'm changing the numbers to make them real. For example in the 2002/2003 AC Milan Shevchenko comes with the number 8 and I put the number 7 because he was the one he wore.
I'm change the markers free kicks the captains and formations too
if you want to send privat message to help me

thanks
