That are their real names yes, Seedorf isnt it because Van Basten didnt select him for various reasons.

Mathijssen,Landzaat,Meerdink are from AZ.
Boulahrouz is from HSV Hamburg
Yildirim is from Heerenveen.
Babel and Maduro are from Ajax.
Kromkamp is from Villareal.
Kuijt is from Feyenoord.
