I had a great master league going in PES 2019 until my laptop got stolen a couple months ago and I lost it all. So I bought PES 2020 and installed the Evoweb patch. I started making the necessary roster editions, and then a few weeks later, another DLC was released. So then I wait for the next patch. And then I do the same thing again, but before I finish editing, another DLC gets released. I've just downloaded the Evoweb patch 6.0, but I just realized, how am I supposed to play a Master League? After a month or so, they'll come out with another DLC, and I'd have to download a whole new patch (which I'm assuming would mean my Master League would no longer work). Is there any way you can play a Master League in PES 2020 if you're using a patch? I'm thinking I should just go back to PES 2019 at this point. It's my understanding that you can't stop the DLCs from being downloaded.
