how do i do 'manual pass' in training in situational training

it says use R3, i have a ps2 controller hooked up to my computer

what do i do

Push the right analogue stick in the desired direction and then push it down. That's the R3 button.

And the left analogue stick pressed down is the L3 button.

Down as in into the pad, not downwards.
