how do i download off megaupload

it might sound stupid buti just cant find naything to click on to download it

First you have to wait 45 seconds and then click on the X to close the advert (orange X box in top right) and then click on the "Click here to download" box near the top right.

on online mode , how do i get rid of the players names on top of thier heads

No worries.
Go to the Player Settings screen then press O and right until it says Default.
