How do i get premier league kits working?

Hi everyone.

Can somebody please tell me how i get the premier league kits working on the pc version?

I have the latest kit server, and i have got the EPL kits in the kit server folder. But when i choose a premier league team to play a match the kits are still the default utter shite ones.

Any help would be massively appreciated.
