How do I install PES2008 on pc Hard Drive

Pes2006 was installed on my pc harddrive so that i just clicked on desktop icon and game played, with no need for disc.
Can anyone tell me how to do this with PES2008? I have a fague recollection of my pc asking me if I wanted 2006 installed, as I played it so much and it would be better. But I have had 2008 for nearly 10 months and still my pc has never asked me if I wanted to do the same thing with this game. My DVD player is playing up so I would really like to get it installed direct on HD as soon as possible.
