How do I install "Serie A Superpatch" with AFS Explorer?

I just downloaded the "ITA Superpatch Serie A + B" from Filefront but I have no idea how to use AFS Explorer to install it. I'm new to WE7 and it looks like ALL patches require use of AFS Explorer.

The read me is in Italian but after translating it there are no directions given on how to use AFS Explorer.

Is there anywhere I can get complete directions on how to use AFS Explorer to install this patch?
