In BAL mode this is the only cup I haven't won because my teams have never been eligible for it. How do I qualify for this cup?

your team has to finish 5th or 6th in the league or you have to finish 3rd in the group stages of the "european championship." Although when i was playing for man u, we finished 7th in the league and we still qualified for the masters cup.
