How do i stop my LB and RB

How do i stop my LB and RB, i don't want them to go foward.
They gotta stay behind with my other 2 CB's.
When they come up, i only play with 2 CB's and my defence is wide open.:realmad:

Try setting your individual attacking arrows so that they are pointing towards your goal line.

you could also edit their position so that they are in line with your CBs rather than just in front of them

Yep definitely set their role to CB, point their attacking arrows towards your own goaline and also set their defensive level to high - usually works for me.
