How do I transfer an OF with a USB on PS3?

I am a Xbox 360 owner and my friend is kinda useless with all this option file business seeing as this is his first PES and I wanted to help him out so can anyone tell me how I can transfer one of the many excellent files here on PESGaming and get it on the PS3 please. Thanks for the help

There will usually be instructions with the file.

I used 'GTM PRO WORLD PES 2011 UK PS3 OF 1.0'

you have to make sure you have done the updates, then you copy the files to your memory stick they must be in folders.

PS3>SAVEDATA> ***
This is how the PS3 will recognise them.

Then you go to data utility on your PS3, copy all of the little files across and done
