I've done an overhead kick planty of times but i dont know excatly how to do it i think this is how u do it:

say if the cross is coming from the bottom of the screen u press up and the shoot button and if its coming from the top of the screen u do the opposite. try it but i think it works.

You kick the ball. While it's above your head.

Basically, you shoot, and the ball has to be in an overhead-kick'able position (i.e. above your head to be kicked).

And Ur back must also be facing the goal, otherwise it's a miserable header.
