Use that. Go to browse and select what pic you want to post. I find it helps to have the pics as .jpegs. They upload a lot quicker for me.

actually.. what u need to do is.. if its not on the web, you'll need to upload it to the web.. so.. use the site that Reyes posted, then.. it will give u a nice link that will have img /img (surrounded by [ ] square brackets.. and then you can straight copy that link into a reply window.. and then it will work.. if it is already on the net.. you will need to get its URL, this can be achieved by right clicking on it and selecting properties.. and then copying the URL into a reply window.. and surrounding it by img /img once gain in square brackets..
