I try to rotate my bench players in the game as much as possible but i also make realistic substitutions just like the real team in real life..i am playing as MAN CITY by the way..for example since i am in my 1st season i play the big names in the regular scheduled games unless they are tired and i try to develop my bench and reserves by playing them in the league cup...i just want to know how u rotate ur players and get them enough playing time as ur season goes and u participate in more games and tournaments...

also i think how u play ur players and with whom they play with on the field affects ur teams chemistry, sometimes if u play non starters with starters they usually dont blend and create chances...does this happen to just me or u guys as well...?

I do pretty much the same. Currently playing Fiorentina, and I do the rotations pretty much how they do it in real life. I play some of the key players 2-3 games straight and then give them a break (varies with form). I'll let some of the younger guys play if the match isn't as important or against a week league team.

Also, depending on the upcoming game, I might start someone who I wouldn't normally start. For example, if I am playing an important CL game the next match, I might put Mutu on the bench and start Jovetic even if Mutu is red/orange arrow, or I might start him and sub him at around 60 min.

Well, the game doesn't really give me the reason to rotate. I'm playing as ManC, and usually I only rotate when the player is on blue. If he is on blue, he will never play for me, someone else will. Most of the time it's the same players, sometimes they play the entire match. In middle of a game, I only subtittue if I'm losing badly or winning badly - to give some other players a chance to play. Other than that, I'm not bothered to subtitue a player without a reason to do so. The game should give me more reasons to do so, players doesn't seem to get tired too much. I can play my 11 all season and do just fine.
