i dont know how they exactly get on there because i would like to creat my own.

You can use the in-game editor to make emblems or logos or you can search on here for the pes editor (edits your option file on the computer) or just download someone's ready-made Option File with crests and kits and the lot! Pespro and rossy boy are but two on this forum who have made OF's, look in the completed files section
