That's right it does, wen i downloaded the dario x patch it had all the instructions to do it. Pretty straight forward aswell, i wud reccommend the dario x patch aswell it's class. Altough some of the nets are a bit dodgy. Obviously u need to have a modded xbox also and be very careful not to sign into xbox live while ur chips on as i did after one to many bud's. Luckily it went to the troubleshooter and wud'nt connect and i realised wat i was doin, that was a close one indeed.

How do I get the patch on to my xbox, I need to buy one of those action replay discs with a usb cable and a memory card to transfer the data ?
Does my xbox also need to be chipped ?

I doubt a patch would fit onto the Max-Drive (although I don't use one). You either need to network your PC to your Xbox and transfer the files onto your Xbox (PES4 needs to be on your Xbox HDD). Or you could either put the files on a CD and copy them onto the Xbox yourself and overwrite the existing PES4 files.
