I do it by using Swap Magic 3.6 Plus. I burn the bin/cue onto a CD as they come with PS2Menu. I then use the Swap Magic CD to load and then transfer the option file from the CD to the memory card via PS2Menu.

The easiest way is to use a Max Drive to transfer the data from your PC to your PS2

Transferring to PS2 using Max Drive...

1. Download the file.
2. Plug the Max Drive in to the PC.
3. Right click on Option File and send to Max Drive.
4. Plug max drive into USB port on PS2.
5. Load up Max Drive software for PS2.
6. Uncrush to memory card.
