How DO you save tactics in an online match?

Hi

I can't save my online tactics because "Save stock formation" is greyed out when I play online.

I have tried saving in normal offline Master league and then when playing online, going to "Load Stock Formation" but that too is greyed out.

It has been asked before in a couple of other threads but never been given a clear answer.

Any help would be appreciated
