How do you transfer players from International to club?

I downloaded an option file that had Beckham on Milan and Ozil on Werder Bremen, how did this guy do the transfer?

for Özil go to Real, look if there is one free spot for player. then choose register player on the top of squad list, select Werder Bremen and choose Özil.

go into edit mode, should be just logic from there.

Ozil got transferred from Germany and Beckham from England, there's no way to transfer players from international to club because the game doesn't let me pick them, it only lets me pick unlicensed players. So how do I do it then?

transfer them from their clubs then! or get a patch.. simple or just create the players yourself if you're not happy with the other two options
