How the hell does the computer do it!

Help needed guys. When I play against the computer he always does this move which is hard to describe, what happens is the player double steps over the ball but not the one that you do when he is going forward(not the R1 or R2 button) he sort of drifts side ways and it creates so much room nad some help on the drag back and then tap forward would be great as well. I have looked in the manual and the command list on the ingame set up.

I was wondering how to do that move aswell,it always pissed me off when they did it and i couldn't, thanks for the instructions anyways
