I'm totally noob in terms of creating Option Files. I live in Asia and I play with PES reg 3: Winning Eleven 2013.
So I'm trying to learn on how to create OF of my own, so I can share it with fellow WE players.
Any suggestions on where should I start?
I was wondering if I can just convert the best OF files available here into OF for WE? I imagine it would be like converting .jpg file into a .tif with all of its consequences.
