I found this vid on youtube yesterday. I was wondering what skills players need to perform this kick and if there is a way to let them do this (position, type of shot..)

U have to have a player that have bad skill to shoot with the other foot and be in position to kick the ball with that foot.
Example if we have messi (left foot) and the ball is in his right side and u kick the ball when the only thing left to do is kick the ball with the right foot the player is going to make that trick.
As you see in the second video Lavezzi is right foot and the ball is in the left foot, the same happends with Ozil that is left foot and the ball is in the right foot.

The player needs to have atleast 80 technique and his weak foot usage needs to be lower than 3 or it can be 3. It has to be on their opposite side and it won't work all the time. However some players with higher than 3 weak foot acc. automatically do it like CR7 or Quaresma
