How to edit PS3 option file on PC?

Hi there,

I downloaded some option files, and would like to update them and add some more stuff on my PC, before transfering it to PS3. Which software are you using to open files and is there any tutorial for this? I tried with PES Complete Editor, AFS Explorer and GGS, but without success.
