How to fix duplicate teams in the South American fake league?

Anyone know how to fix having duplicate South American teams in ML. Have the Paraguayan league as the fake league. Two teams is are in the Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana. When you move one over to the fake league its becomes a duplicate. It doesn't have the little symbol next to it like the one's in the Brazil, Argentina, or Chile league. Anyone know how to fix?

You sure it becomes a duplicate?? Doesn't it just move the fake team to the Libertadores/Sudamericana like previous years?
