How to import players faces??

Im just wondering if someone can tell me how to import created faces into the
game. I tried putting in Tevez and Robinho over other faces in the game (retired players) and when i went to look at em, they turn out like 'burnt' faces.

Ive seen this work in the forum pics, can someone give me a hand. Also on other faces nothing seems to appear?
