how to improve condition?

Hi guys, Do you know how to improve condition? I dont know if that's the correct word in english. Condition or Stability.

I have a 4 in condition and I want to improve it.

can we even improve condition? because mine never change. it stays 4 since the beginning..

Yeah it does go up, mines 6 now after starting at 4. I'm in my 7th season so it takes time

weird, now Im 26, almost 27 and form never changes. I have 4 still..

Mine started at 6, but now it's 8. I suspect getting high avg rating over a long period of time has something to do with it. My first four seasons was 7.3, 7.7, 7.8 and 7.6, and my condition went up after the second and third season.

nop. it's not that. my rating is 7.5 - 7.8 per season, I have 29 years old now. And it never change.

Then I have no idea. And honestly, in most cases I start with 8 condition anyway, so I do not have any more careers to compare with.
