how to insert the pc's patch files to xbox 360 iso?

hello guys, i have read a many of posts but i haven't uderstand wich is thw way to insert the pes 2008 pc version's patch file in to xbox iso...
i have understand that the files are the same, but not the name and the number...and i need help to use PES2008 Kit Model Manager on xbox file...
i have extract the param_dat_27.bin, but when i try to open it the program say me that's it a wrong file type:
please heeeeeeelp me!!!!!!!
