To do the Rabona, get a player with 90+ technique and 3 or below on weaker foot frequency. Rivaldo has this by default. Now, run parallel to the goal, eg run from the top of the pitch to the bottom (where u take throw in's), whilst being inside the box. When you get to the middle of the box press your shoot button. The players stronger foot should overlap with the weaker one and hit the ball towards goal.
