How to make the Gameplay like the PS2 Version!!

Hello

Since I upgraded to an xbox 360, I have felt let down by PES2010 gameplay and continuously compared it to the PS2 Version.

However I have grown to enjoy the xbox version but it has taken time to get used to... Until I discovered how to adjust settings of which has increased the game speed, the pitch feels bigger and generally feels like the PS2 version but with better graphics!

Here's how...

Go to your dashboard, Console Settings, Display, HDTV Settings - select 480p. Then go to Screen Format and select Normal (not Widescreen)

However, leave your TV settings as Widescreen and picture will stretch. But for whatever reason, the gameplay's speed is increased and the game feels like it used to on the ps2.

I only play with one of 2 camera angles, Broadcasting 1 & Wide. The difference in the game is vast... for the better in my opinion.

This may not be everyone's cup of tea, but for some it will be a huge improvement.

Take your xbox and plug it to a computer monitor. You need an adapter cable 15£. The game is really really nice gameplay- and graphicswise.
My resolution is 1280x1080 widescreen. PERFECT and im not joking its not the fast HD gameplay where you can long range shoot on very counterattack it aint possible besides that yesterday Kaka cracked a long ranger in from 30 m out against my backing defense. Awesome goal.

PLay directly in Normal-Medium camera... It iwll be difficult If your are not used to.. but when you succseed it will be great..

-Response times are great as in PS2 generation..
-GAme is more smooth
-Automatic camera tilting is valid in that camera..

If you play in anything other than normal - long view, you dont know what you've been missing. Having an oldish big silver TV in my room has meant my gameplay is quick and sharpe like the PS2 pes'.

Recomend using normal long view

Yes Muzza, you're right! 3 years back, I upgraded my TV to an LCD and used a composite cable for my PS2. The gameplay was affected massively resulting in me resorting back to the (original) 3 pin scart lead - even then the gameplay still wasn't as fast as when I played on my CRT Widescreen TV.

Why does the spec of the TV affect the gameplay so much?
