How to set WEN values?

I have tried to use HEX Editor edit the WEN values within the WE8 DVD, however, I cannot locate which files it is in. Can someone kindly telling me which file contain the WEN values?

it's easier to just download a patch to "correct" those values for you

you can find one at pespc-files.com
